Hydrant Flushing Schedule
Posted on Jun 11th, 2018
Your community is scheduled for hydrant flushing the weeks of July 30, 2018 and August 6, 2018.

This is routine maintenance operation is designed to flush sediment from the water system, check fire hydrant operation, and test chlorine levels in the water lines.

Crews will conduct flushing Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Line flushing and laundry

Discolored water and fluctuations in water line pressure are normal during flushing. We suggest that you refrain from using water as much as possible or doing laundry – especially when discolored water is present.

If your water does not clear, or return to normal pressure within a reasonable time, or if service is interrupted, call the Customer Service Center, 724-776-4806.

Bus Stop Safety
Posted on Oct 12th, 2016
This is a reminder for everyone to keep in mind a couple of items for bus stop safety.

1. Parents are solely responsible for their child(ren) at school bus stops. It is important that parents monitor their child’s behavior and ensure that their child(ren) wait for the school bus in a safe location away from the road.    Playing in the street is very dangerous for the children.

2.  Motorists should use extra caution during the school year to be aware of the children at bus stops throughout the neighborhood.

Thanks to everyone for keeping the bus stops safe for the kids!
Parking
Posted on Feb 2nd, 2016 Comments (0)
There have been several complaints regarding parking at the townhouses.

In accordance with the Woodlands Rules and Regulations:

"Parking Lots:

Parking lots are for the use and good of all individuals.  These guidelines are to ensure that all the persons living in the townhouses have access to ample parking.

1.  Parking lots are not for vehicle storage; they are only to be used for parking of cars (limited to two (2) cars per townhouse unit)."

Please be courteous to your neighbors and use only the 2 spots allocated to your townhome.
Trash Cans
Posted on Feb 2nd, 2016 Comments (0)
All residents are reminded to store their trash cans out of sight from the street after trash pickup.  Leaving them out at the street or in front of your home is a violation of the Woodlands Rules and Regulations.

Pet Reminder
Posted on Dec 14th, 2015 Comments (0)
This is a friendly reminder to all pet owners.

No matter where you walk your pet, all droppings must be picked up immediately and disposed of appropriately.

The Woodlands By-Laws state in Amendment #3:

"No common area, grass-covered or otherwise, shall be used as a dump area for dogs, cats, or other household pets, unless said area is immediately cleaned by the owners of said pets, i.e., all waste removed from the common area.  Such areas may be used as pet walks, pet runs and pet play areas, provided a responsible member of the household is present to control and supervise the actions of the pet.  No homeowner shall permit his/her pet to run/walk unleashed, except in times of supervised play."

Leaving your pets' waste on the ground is a violation of the By-Laws.  It is also neglectful of your responsibilities as a pet owner and creates a health hazard.

Please remember to clean up after your pets when they are outside.

Thank you for helping to keep the Woodlands a great place to live.
