Emerald Court Landscaping
Posted on Jun 13th, 2024
We will be performing work at the islands on Parkwood Drive at Emerald Court and Persimmon on Friday, June 14th. Emerald Court will be totally cleared and replaced with grass, and the area at Persimmon will have some landscaping features removed. Both of these areas have been difficult to maintain in an attractive way. Next year we will be re-landscaping these areas.  Please avoid street parking in this area to allow for equipment access. The township does not allow street parking without explicit permission from them, and even then it is short-term only.

Pet Reminder
Posted on Mar 4th, 2024
This is a friendly reminder to all pet owners.

No matter where you walk your pet, all droppings must be picked up immediately and disposed of appropriately.

The Woodlands By-Laws state in Amendment #3:

"No common area, grass-covered or otherwise, shall be used as a dump area for dogs, cats, or other household pets, unless said area is immediately cleaned by the owners of said pets, i.e., all waste removed from the common area.  Such areas may be used as pet walks, pet runs and pet play areas, provided a responsible member of the household is present to control and supervise the actions of the pet.  No homeowner shall permit his/her pet to run/walk unleashed, except in times of supervised play."

Leaving your pets' waste on the ground is a violation of the By-Laws.  It is also neglectful of your responsibilities as a pet owner and creates a health hazard.

Please remember to clean up after your pets when they are outside.

Thank you for helping to keep the Woodlands a great place to live.
Yard Lights
Posted on Feb 16th, 2024
Please check your yard lights for functionality.

To help keep the neighborhood a little brighter and therefore a little safer, please make sure that your yard lights are working and are turned on from dusk to dawn.

Let’s keep the Woodlands a safe place for everyone!

Trash Cans
Posted on Jan 22nd, 2024
All residents are reminded to store their trash cans out of sight from the street after trash pickup.  Leaving them out at the street or in front of your home is a violation of the Woodlands Rules and Regulations.
Bus Stop Safety
Posted on Jan 5th, 2024
This is a reminder for everyone to keep in mind a couple of items for bus stop safety.

1. Parents are solely responsible for their child(ren) at school bus stops. It is important that parents monitor their child’s behavior and ensure that their child(ren) wait for the school bus in a safe location away from the road.    Playing in the street is very dangerous for the children.

2.  Motorists should use extra caution during the school year to be aware of the children at bus stops throughout the neighborhood.

Thanks to everyone for keeping the bus stops safe for the kids!
