Parking Lot Repairs

Hello Woodlands Residents:
The Board has contracted with a company to perform necessary patching, paving, and sealing work on all parking lots, including the cul-de-sac by the playground on Arrowood. The work is expected to start Monday, May 20th, and will take 6 days. Work will not be done during the weekend. Work will begin at 8:00 AM daily and may continue until dusk to maintain the schedule.
During this time, Cranberry Township will allow street parking on Parkwood Dr, Kirkwood Dr, Bellwood Ct, and Arrowood Dr to accommodate this effort. Please maintain at least 10’ from the lot approaches and do not block cluster mailboxes.
· If your lot is being sealed, you will not be able to access the lot until 5:00 PM the day following sealing.
· If your lot is being patched and sealed, patching will be done on one day, and the following day it will be sealed. You will not be able to access the lot until 5:00 PM the day following sealing.
· If your lot is being paved, you will not be able to utilize the parking lot for three days after paving is completed. For example, if Lot 11 is paved on Tuesday, you will not be able to use the lot until Friday at 5:00 PM.
As weather can impact the schedule, we will place notifications on your door and vehicle windshield THE DAY PRIOR to the work being done on a lot. If you are a property owner (no tenants) and have not signed up on our website www.woodlandsofcranberry.com, please visit and click the Register button to receive email blasts. Landlords – please notify your tenants. Any vehicles in the lots as of 7 AM on their scheduled day will be towed. The owner will be responsible for all costs incurred.

- Day 1 - Green - Patching lots 3, 4 and 10
- Day 2 - Blue - Paving lot 11, Sealing lots 3, 4, 14, 15
- Day 3 - Purple - Paving lot 12, Sealing 1, 2, 13
- Day 4 - Yellow - Paving lot 5, Sealing lot 10 & 18 (Playground)
- Day 5 - Black - Paving lots 16 & 17, Sealing lots 8 & 9
- Day 6 - White - Paving lots 16 & 17, Sealing lots 6 & 7
